The fifth ‘Great Cars’ volume tells the story of the one of the finest examples of the Maserati 250F, winner of the Monaco GP in 1957 with the legendary Juan-Manuel Fangio. The great driver won the last of his five World Championship titles at the wheel of this car, which was also driven to victory in three non-championship Grands Prix by Jean Behra. From Formula 1 to historic racing, up to the decades spent as a treasured possession of the Corner family, the car’s career is described in unprecedented detail in this absorbing book.

The fascinating story of 2528 is showcased in this superb Limited Edition of Maserati 250F, signed by author Ian Wagstaff, owner and driver Neil Corner and Adolfo Orsi, whose grandfather bought the company in 1937. Only 100 copies of this edition are available in hand-bound in red leather and encased in a grey buckram slipcase, with pages edged in silver-gilt, red ribbon and unique endpapers. To give an extra-special finish, an engraved chassis plate is affixed to the cover, together with the prestigious trident of the Maserati badge.
