Please note: To ensure you receive your order in time for Christmas, please follow the advised order dates below. 

Please bear in mind that we cannot be held responsible for any delays, so to ensure delivery in time, place your order as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

If purchasing from outside the UK, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes and additional charges for customs clearance which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. These are payable by you as we have no control over the charges and cannot predict what they will be. Customs policies vary widely and we suggest that you contact your local customs office for further information. See our Customs & Import Charges page for more information.

If such charges are not paid, your parcel may either be destroyed by the courier or incur further costs to return the parcel to us. In this case, unfortunately, we would be unable to offer a refund on your order.

You are considered to be the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Costs associated with the refusal to accept the parcel will be passed on to the recipient.

Please note: Some delivery providers are unable to deliver to a P.O. Box address.

We use a range of courier and mail services to provide our Premium, Express and Economy options. Delivery times and tracking vary according to the option you have chosen. Items despatched using the Economy service are not always tracked and delivery, therefore, cannot be guaranteed. Please contact us should you wish to upgrade to a Premium or Express service which will be tracked and recorded.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. However, do contact us as we may be able to assist or offer a solution.

Delivery charges are calculated by the package weight to allow us to offer the most efficient and cost-effective service. Delivery charges are subject to change.

Please allow up to 3 working days from the order date for your parcel to be despatched. Orders received after 10 am (UK time) will be processed the next working day. Please allow longer lead times over UK Bank Holidays.

Please note some locations may be in a “remote area” and require more time for delivery.

Returns Policy – Extended for Christmas

We hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

For orders placed between 1 November and 24 December 2025, we offer an extended Christmas returns period. These purchases can be returned until 26 January 2026.

Items must be returned in their original condition, plastic film and packaging, with proof of purchase. Items must also be unused and in saleable condition. Please include a note with your name, order number and reason for return.

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 working days of the item being received and inspected.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@porterpress.co.uk so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
