Brawn won the Drivers’ and Constructors’ Championships in its first and only year in Formula 1 – a story that is unique and unlikely to ever again be repeated at the highest level of motorsport. The controversial 'double diffuser' Brawn BGP001 won eight Grands Prix in 2009 and this chassis, BGP001/02, took Jenson Button to the Formula 1 World Championship that year.
