SuperFinds wins Motorworld Book Prize 2021

Book Award 2021

We are pleased to announce that the Porter Press International publication, SuperFinds, by Michael Kliebenstein, has been awarded a 2021 Motorworld Book Prize. The award ceremony took place on Tuesday, 22 June at Motorworld Munich.

For the last 15 years, noted automotive historian, journalist and author Jürgen Lewandowski has presided over the Autobuchpreis which honours the best motoring- and motorsport-related titles of the year in the categories: Marque, Biography, Motorsport, Design, and Company Biography.

Motorworld Award Certificate

At the judge’s discretion, Special Prizes are awarded to outstanding books that don’t fit within the prescribed categories.

Not easily categorised and too good to be ignored, the ultimate car finder’s book SuperFinds was one of five Special Prize winners. Thomas Sommer (co-producer),  Alfredo de la Maria (artwork), and the design team of Christian Bayer and Adrian Morris also received recognition for their contribution to the book.
